Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and related services operated by Jinyuanh. By installing, copying, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

§ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using our services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

§ 2. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 (or older per local law). Under-age users need parental or guardian consent.

§ 3. License Grant

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for personal non-commercial purposes.

§ 4. App Store Terms

iOS apps are subject to the Apple standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries. Android apps are subject to Google Play ToS. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end.

§ 5. User Accounts

Most apps don't require accounts; where required, you must keep credentials secure.

§ 6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Prices per region. Payment processed by Apple/Google. Auto-renewal, free trials, cancellation, and refunds as per App Store / Google Play policies. No fraudulent chargebacks.

§ 7. Advertising

Some apps display ads. Opt out via device settings. See Privacy Policy § 6.

§ 8. User Content

Your local content remains on device. We claim no ownership over user content.

§ 9. Prohibited Conduct

No reverse engineering, unlawful use, interference, unauthorized access, IP infringement, or circumvention of technical measures.

§ 10. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to Jinyuanh. Trademarks may not be used without permission.

§ 11. Third-Party Services

Third-party services (App Store, Google Play, ad SDKs) have their own terms and policies.

§ 12. Updates

We may update services at any time. Material changes will be communicated.

§ 13. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

§ 14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JINYUANH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

§ 15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Jinyuanh from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

§ 16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

§ 17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

§ 18. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Phoenix, Arizona. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

§ 19. Class Action Waiver

Disputes are resolved on an individual basis; class actions are waived.

§ 20. Export Control & Sanctions

You may not use our services if you are in a sanctioned country or on a prohibited-party list.

§ 21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

§ 22. Accessibility

We strive for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Report issues to contact@jinyuanh.com.

§ 23. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Unenforceable provisions are severed without affecting the remainder.
